How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all of our purchases over $50 within Continental US. Orders outside the Continental US are subject to shipping costs that vary by item and location.

Once I place an order, how long until it's shipped?

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5-8 days for delivery for orders within the Continental US. 

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements, or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Does the shipping cost include import/duty costs?

All7s Games is not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside the US.
